Due July 1: Performance Programs & Evaluations for UUP, M/C & Classified M/C Employees
Supervisors should begin meeting with their staff to complete and submit these documents to Human Resources.
Supervisors, please begin meeting with your professional staff to complete their 2021 performance programs and 2020 performance evaluations. These documents are due to the Office of Human Resources by July 01, 2021.
Performance programs should cover July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. If you are meeting with an employee after July 1, the performance program begin date should be the date the employee signs the performance program with an end date of June 30, 2022.
Please note, per the collective bargaining agreement between the State of New York and United University Professions (UUP), if a professional employee does not have a performance program in effect for the year you are evaluating on, an evaluation cannot be completed.
UUP and MC performance program and evaluation forms can be found on the Human Resources website.
Completed documents can be submitted to The Office of Human Resources via mail as originals or emailed to email@example.com with electronic signatures.
