Procurement Tip to Help Expedite our Process

Learn the difference between “Individual Ordering” and “Contact Person” on a Purchase Requisition.

“Individual Ordering”

The person(s) who requested an item or service be ordered.

“Contact Person”

The person that can answer questions about the product/purchase. They could be the “Individual Ordering”, or a completely separate person.

Be sure your “Contact Person” is someone willing and able to answer technical questions about the commodity or service needed. This will help expedite the Procurement Process.
