Are you looking for a way to stay healthy and motivated this semester? Do you like engaging with students and helping them apply their knowledge and skills? If so, please consider joining our Faculty and Staff Fitness Training Program (FAST) at the SERC.
What: The Faculty and Staff Fitness Training Program (FAST) is an opportunity to personally train with senior exercise science students taking their practicum for exercise programming course.
Requirements: Participants are required to complete health intake and goal forms, have their resting blood pressure and heart rate assessed, complete 2 health assessments of your choice, and participate in 10 personal training sessions by the last week of classes.
When: This program will begin the second week of classes and end the last week of classes during the spring semester.
