Due January 2024: Performance Programs & Evaluations for CSEA Employees

Supervisors are encouraged to meet with their CSEA staff for the purpose of finalizing and submitting Performance Programs and Evaluation documents to the Office of Human Resources and Payroll.

Supervisors, we encourage you to begin meetings with your staff to complete their 2024 Performance Programs and 2023 Performance Evaluations. These documents are due to the Office of Human Resources and Payroll by the end of January 2024.

Performance Programs should cover the period from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. If you are meeting with an employee after January 1, the beginning date of the Performance Program should be the date the employee signs the performance program, with an end date of December 31, 2024.

Please note, as per the collective bargaining agreement between the State of New York and CSEA, if an employee does not have a Performance Program in effect for the year being evaluated, an evaluation cannot be completed.

CSEA Performance Program and Evaluation forms can be found online.

Completed and signed original documents can be submitted to The Office of Human Resources and Payroll via intercampus mail. Electronic signatures and copies are not being accepted.
