Find the answer to some of our most frequently asked questions related to campus ID cards.

How do I obtain a campus ID?

You may request an ID by using the GET app.  Must have an established NET ID and password. Students must be registered for classes.  

I have submitted my photo, now what?

Once approved, ID cards will be printed by IT services and mailed to your home address. Students, please follow the delivery/pickup schedule here.

Why haven’t I received my ID in the mail yet?

I have lost my campus ID. How can I obtain a replacement?

Deactivate your card using the GET app immediately. Students and employees must visit the Conrad Welcome Center 7:45 am - 4 pm (Monday-Friday) to obtain a temporary ID card. The temporary card will expire in 4 days and must be returned to Conrad Welcome Center or a $25 fine will be imposed. To replace a lost card, visit the Conrad Welcome Center (Parking & Transportation Services).

How much will it cost to replace a lost campus ID?

The replacement fee for students is $25.
