Productivity Enhancement Program for 2024
The Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) allows eligible employees to exchange previously accrued vacation leave in return for a credit to be applied towards their employee share of health insurance premiums on a biweekly basis.
The PEP enrollment period for the 2024 plan year is Wednesday, November 1, 2023 through Monday, December 11, 2023.
Sick accruals may not be exchanged for this program and faculty are not eligible to participate unless appointed in a 12 month obligation and accrue vacation.
