Students Participate in the 2023 S-STEM Scholars Meeting
Mathematics and Computer Science students Sara Tigers, Latiq Pratt, Stacey Do, Jalen Illsley, Morgan Wiater, and Tabeeb Wazir were selected to participate in the 2023 S-STEM Scholars Meeting in Washington D.C., on September 14-16, 2023.
The NSF-funded Scholars Meeting gave the students the opportunity to represent Brockport and its S-STEM program among 600 other students while: connecting with other S-STEM Scholars from across the country; learning about a wide range of STEM career pathways, internship, and educational opportunities; engaging in professional development activities; meeting potential employers; and strengthen their sense of belonging in STEM.
