Get Paid 💵 to be a Student Photographer

Are you an amateur photographer? Enjoy taking campus beauty shots? Apply to be a student photographer and assist the University’s marketing efforts.

How It Works:

We will operate on a gig-by-gig basis, and successful candidates will be paid $20 in BASC EZ money for each gig. This is your chance to showcase your photography skills while contributing to our university’s visual identity.

Application Process:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please follow these steps:

  1. Submission Deadline: Submit your best campus beauty shots to Zach Lyman by the end of the business day on Friday, September 8th.
  2. Email Submission: Send an email to Zach Lyman at zlyman@brockport.edu with the subject line “Campus Photography Submission - [Your Full Name].” Attach five photos that showcase the beauty of our campus. These can be edited or unedited.

Rights of Use:

By submitting your photos, you agree that SUNY Brockport reserves the right to use these photos for marketing and communication purposes related to the university. This includes but is not limited to, university publications, websites, social media, and promotional materials. You will be credited for your work whenever possible.

Selection Process:

Our team will review all submissions, and those selected will be notified promptly. Once you’re in the pool of selected photographers, you will have the opportunity to accept gigs on a first-come, first-served basis. Each gig will offer at least $20 in EZ money in return for providing ten edited and unedited photos, unless otherwise specified in the gig details.

This is an excellent chance to gain experience, build your portfolio, and contribute to our university’s marketing efforts.

If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out to Zach Lyman at zlyman@brockport.edu
