How do I obtain a campus ID if I am a new student or employee?
Request an ID by using the GET app.
How do I use the GET app?
- Download the GET app from your app store.
- Sign in using your Net ID and password.
- Once logged in, click on the menu icon then click on “Settings”.
- Click “Upload Photo”.
- Snap your picture. When ready, click “Done” to submit.
- You will receive an email confirmation.
Once I’ve submitted my photo, what happens?
Once approved, ID cards will be printed by IT and mailed to your home address. Follow the 2023-2024 ID Card Distribution schedule for more details.
Why haven’t I received my ID in the mail yet?
Call the IT Service Desk at (585) 395-5151, Option 1 or submit a ticket.
How can I obtain a replacement ID if I lost my ID?
Firstly, deactivate your card using the GET app. Then, visit the Conrad Welcome Center during business hours to obtain a temporary ID card. This temporary ID card will expire in four days and must be returned to Conrad Welcome Center or a $25 fine will be imposed.
How much will it cost to replace a lost ID?
Students pay $25.
