Expecting Visitors? Here’s Tips for a Successful Visit

SUNY Brockport’s Parking and Transportation Services like to be well-informed in order to provide the very best in customer service and they ask for your assistance in the following ways:

• When hosting a campus event or function, inform Parking and Transportation Services so they can best assist your guests. All you have to do is complete and submit an Event and Guest Parking Request Form online.
• When using a Room Reservation Form or Event Management System, be sure to include special parking requests. Permits are required and in some cases, vehicle plates will be required.
• In most instances, there is a charge of $5 per day. Departments can choose to pay this fee in advance or visitors can pick up a permit when they arrive on campus.
• If using the meters on-campus, there is a pay station located in Lot V or you can download the payment app, ParkMobile to provide an electronic payment.
