Managed Print Services for the New Fiscal Year
Over the past year SUNY Brockport has greatly reduced printing volume, total campus costs, and enhanced our sustainable environment. These changes have reduced overall costs at the University.
We have been continuously assessing the Managed Print Services program and have determined that the costs for printing on network printers and within the Print Shop have room for adjustments that will result in lower printing costs for next year.
Effective July 1, 2023
- Black and White, Network printing cost will be reduced from $0.10 to $0.08 per page
- Black and White, Print Shop printing cost will be reduced from $0.07 to $0.06 per page
- Color, Network printing cost will remain $0.25 per page
