Clear Never Attended Flags in EagleSUCCESS by February 17

Clearing Never Attended flags when appropriate helps the ASC have accurate information for student outreach and Roster Verification reporting.
In the future, you can clear any flag you raise and add a brief note of explanation. The note becomes documentation for you and the student’s advisors and you can opt to send it to the student as a follow up.
To clear a flag: Search for the student on the Tracking Tab in EagleSUCCESS. Hover over the flag icon and click the Clear button. Add a short note with your reason for clearing the flag. You can also email eagleSUCCESS@brockport.edu to have us help you clear it.
