The issue appeared after the latest upgrade to Degree Works. Since Registration and Records did not make any changes to the support tables, they have submitted a ticket to the SICAS Center for assistance in correcting the issue. There is no anticipated date for when the issue will be corrected yet.
Please be sure to double check your advisees’ degree audits and review the minimum grade rules. Students may need to be informed/reminded they have not met the necessary grade and will need to repeat the course. This is the case even when/if the degree audit is recognizing a lower grade as meeting the requirement.
