The fund provides critical investments to advance SUNY innovation from the lab to the marketplace. TAF investments are highly competitive and support technology development milestones, such as feasibility studies, prototyping, and clinical or field testing, to demonstrate that an innovation has commercial potential.
- Step 1: All potential applicants are encouraged to attend a Regional I-Corps Virtual Course on Customer Discovery. Cornell, the University of Rochester, and multiple other universities will be offering Regional I-Corps courses throughout the months of February and March.
- Step 2: If you are interested or intend to apply, please send a proposed project title and list of team members to Laura Merkl by Tuesday, February 14.
- Step 3: Up to two finalists will be chosen to represent each SUNY campus for TAF Class of 2023.
