The Individual Development Awards (IDA) program is offered by the NYS/UUP Joint Labor-Management Committees. Applicants can receive up to $2,000 each year for up to two projects or activities. The program is open to full-time or part-time employees who are represented by UUP. Full-time employees must be a member of the UUP Bargaining Unit when they submit their applications and during the dates of the project(s) or activity(ies) being covered through the IDA award funds.
