Join the Faculty & Staff Fitness Training Program for Spring 2023
Faculty and staff can enjoy a semester of weekly personal training with Exercise Science Majors at the SERC for a discounted price.
If you are looking for additional motivation to tackle your health and wellness goals this semester please consider joining the Faculty and Staff Fitness Training Program (FAST). You will be paired up with a student in the Exercise Science Major who will meet with you weekly.
You are guaranteed to have at least two health assessments (muscular strength, body composition, estimated cardiovascular fitness, posture and movement, etc.) and 10 personal training sessions throughout the fall semester. This experience is a part of PEP 455, Practicum in Exercise Programming. Therefore, all exercise programming will be reviewed prior to working with your Exercise Science Mentor.
The only cost is the discounted rate for the membership. Please wait to sign-up for the membership when you meet with your Exercise Science Mentor.
