Guest Coach Program Returns

Student-athletes celebrate faculty with return of the guest coach program, an opportunity to connect student-athletes with faculty who have impacted their academic success.

The faculty guest coach program is an opportunity for connecting student-athletes with faculty who have impacted their academic success. After a two year break due to COVID, two faculty members participated in the program comeback this past Saturday November 19, 2022, with the Women’s Basketball Team as they competed against William Smith College.

Dr. Bek Orr is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Women and Gender Studies. She was nominated by Tatum Smyth (#10) and Kennedy Cone (#23).

Jenna Rupert is an Instructor in the Department of Nursing. She was nominated by Anna Felice (#4).

Faculty are nominated by student-athletes and are given a VIP experience behind the scenes and on the front lines of game day!
