Presenters Needed: Mornings with the Professors (Spring 2023)

Take part in an opportunity to showcase your research to an audience of alumni, emeriti, and community members on Tuesday mornings throughout the semester.

Are you interested in sharing your research with alumni, emeriti, and area community members? Mornings with the Professors is a lifelong learning program that offers weekly lectures on Tuesday mornings during the semester, showcasing SUNY Brockport faculty.

The program is offered in a hybrid format; presentations are given in the Eagle’s Lookout in SERC to a live audience, while also being streamed live to Zoom to our remote audience. Presenters typically need to arrive in the Eagle’s Lookout by 8:45 am for set-up (slides are heavily encouraged), and audience members will begin arriving at 9 am. The event begins at 9:30 am each Tuesday. Presentations are approximately 45 minutes to one hour in length, followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer period.

If you wish to participate, please email your presentation proposal to College Events Coordinator, Dan Lynd. Presentation slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As always, we are immensely grateful to our participating faculty for allowing us to showcase the best of Brockport!
