Student Accessibility Services is Hiring Student Workers

Faculty/staff do you know any students that need extra income and are looking for a flexible job without a huge time commitment?

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) is hiring student workers for on-call, substitute, per diem proctors. Test proctoring is quick to learn and flexible for employment needs. This position can be worked in tandem with another job. Please share with anyone who might be interested. 

The on-call, per diem, substitute Testing Proctor will support students with disabilities by proctoring accommodated tests.This position requires some shifts of long hours with diligent supervision over a group of students who are taking tests/exams, entering data into a student information system as requested, and ensuring test integrity and accuracy throughout the testing process.  

The on-call, per diem, substitute Testing Proctor position is a very detail-oriented position that requires reliability, strong attention to details, the ability to multi-task, a positive attitude, ability to work with diverse populations, and the need for confidentiality. 

This is an on-call position which means that you will only work if requested by SAS and if your availability matches the need. This position does not offer regularly scheduled hours which will result in having an inconsistent paycheck, but it it flexible! This can be a second job or a low-commitment job - work when you can!  

Must be willing to work in-person between 8 am- 5 pm, Monday - Friday.  Must be comfortable using/learning technology. Must be able to stay awake and vigilant for long periods of time, with no distractions.
