Join the Faculty & Staff Fitness Training Program for Fall 2022

If you are faculty, staff, or Emeriti interested in improving your fitness or meeting a health goal, check out the Faculty and Staff Fitness Training (FAST) Program. Semester discounts for SERC will be applied.

The FAST program is perfect for those who

  1. want to improve their health
  2. want weekly FREE personal training throughout the semester
  3. do not want to design their own exercise program
  4. want FREE health assessments
  5. want to develop an exercise habit
  6. want to engage with students
  7. want to meet a fitness goal
  8. want to learn about their health and fitness
  9. need support, motivation, and/or accountability
  10. want a discount on their SERC semester membership!

Please sign up for the Fall 2022 semester through the provided link! If you are hesitant to participate in this program alone, sign up with a friend or two for small group training, just make sure you have the same availability.

The program will begin after the first week of classes and end around finals week.
