Human Resource Office Guidelines for COVID-19

This semester HR and Payroll will be working almost entirely remotely, and these guidelines will give you directions on how best to contact us.

The Offices of Affirmative Action, Human Resources, and Payroll have returned to our normal semester hours on Monday, February 1. Our hours of operation for the spring semester are as follows:

Monday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Tuesday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Wednesday: 8 – 4 pm

Thursday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Due to the risks of in-person interactions caused by COVID-19, we are asking that all faculty and staff only come to our office if absolutely necessary. Contract letters and most other paperwork should be submitted electronically. If you are unsure if a form can be submitted electronically, please call our phone number below and we will provide you with instructions.

We have reduced the density in our office with many staff members working remotely during the semester, therefore face to face consultations will be limited. If you wish to converse with a member of our team, the most expedient method would be to contact the individual directly via email. Please note if you call the main HR number, you may be transferred to your desired contact’s voicemail and your call will be returned in a timely manner.
