Merging of Course by Cross-Listing to End
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act allows the college to cross-list courses that meet on the same day, time, and location by the same instructor. But cannot allow a student to see (or be seen by) other students in another class. Going forward, Registration and Records will not merge courses that do not fit these criteria.
