2022 Diversity Conference: S.H.I.F.T. Together

The conference runs from March 28 through April 1. Participants are asked to RSVP for each presentation, to ensure that we have enough space to accommodate you. The work starts and ends with us, so let us S.H.I.F.T. together.

We are excited to invite you to this year’s conference, March 28 through April 1. The conference kicks off on Monday, March 28 with a welcome and keynote by diversity and inclusion trainer, Andrea Holland, and her sister, Norma Holland, “Fireseed Moments in Shifting Toward Change.” The conclusion of the conference will be a keynote by Pulitzer-Prize winner Nikole Hannah-Jones, who will speak on the “Truth, History, and The 1619 Project.” In between, we have a variety of presentations and events, including The Homage Exhibit and the International Festival. The work starts and ends with us, so let us S.H.I.F.T. together!
