Nominations Open: Men of Excellence Ceremony
The ceremony will acknowledge the resilience and persistence that each of our students has as they tackle academic, social, professional, and personal barriers that may exist. Nominate and recognize our students as they learn, grow, and thrive.
We invite all faculty, staff, and students to attend the first annual Men of Excellence Ceremony on March 25 at 3:30 pm in the Seymour Union Fireside Lounge. The ceremony will acknowledge the resiliency and persistence that each of our students has as they tackle academic, social, professional, and personal barriers that may exist. There is room to grow as a community and we can begin by “showing up” for our students. Please join us as, faculty and staff members, to connect with, celebrate, and recognize our students’ success.
Please also consider nominating a male of color who fits the categories of academic excellence, academic perseverance, or co-curricular activity/leadership (on or off campus). Males of color may also self-nominate.
