Seeking Committee Members for New Employee Success Center
One of the outcomes of the Spring 2021 Dale Carnegie program on Diversity and Inclusion was for SUNY Brockport to establish an Employee Success Center. We are currently seeking participants to help develop and implement a new Employee Success Center. The committee will be co-chaired by Jim Wall and Tammy Gouger.
Improvement in employee success is a key driver for improved retention and reputation, as well as helping us achieve our goal of Being a Great College at Which to Work.
The purpose of the Employee Success Center will be to develop programs that support the needs of employees throughout the Employee Life Cycle. Areas of focus will be:
- Professional Development, including individual skill development and leadership development
- Retirement Planning
- Dedicated space for ongoing engagement with diverse faculty and staff groups
The Employee Success Center will be dedicated to Building a Better Brockport by supporting and promoting people, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
If you are interested in being a member of the committee that will be working on this initiative, please email Laurie A. Smith, Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Administration and Finance, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
