COVID Testing Updates Based on Employee Vaccination & Booster Status
Vaccinated employees must provide confirmation of their vaccination and booster status, if eligible, to be fully excluded from testing.
COVID-19 testing will continue on a weekly basis for unvaccinated individuals and for those who have not provided proof of their vaccination status.
Vaccinated individuals who are eligible for the booster but have not yet received it, may be randomly selected to test on a monthly basis. You will be notified by email if selected.
Vaccinated individuals who are not yet eligible for the booster will not be required to test.
Vaccinated individuals who have received the booster are not required to test.
Vaccinated employees can provide verification of their vaccination and their booster status in one of the following ways:
- Visit the Department of Human Resources, (Allen Administration Building, fourth floor), Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. and show the receptionist your CDC vaccination card.
- Email a copy of your CDC vaccination card to email@example.com. Please note: HR is not retaining copies of vaccination records.
If a vaccinated individual is not willing to share proof of vaccination, the individual will be required to participate in weekly testing.
All testing notifications will come from the HR COVID team.
