Catering Requests for Spring 2022 Semester

Are you planning an event on campus that requires food? make sure to complete a Catering/Food Request Form early in your planning.

This form is available on the BASC website:

  1. Select “Ordering”
  2. Then “Garnishes Catering”
  3. Then “Planning Guide”.

Garnishes Catering is currently offering its Garnishes 2 Go menu which is packaged individually for food safety and perfect for pick up and drop off orders. Student menus are also available. Visit BASC’s website to view the complete menu selections.

The New York Room in Cooper Hall is currently booked through the end of February and taking reservations for weekday food events for the remainder of the semester (March–May). The Presidential Dining Room in Cooper Hall is currently unavailable.

It is best to complete the Catering/Food Request Form at least 20 days in advance when reserving space. Earlier reservations will assist in obtaining the day of your choice as well as provide the most menu options. Less notice is required for pick-up and drop-off options, although it’s still recommended that requests are submitted at least 10 days in advance.

BASC continues to follow CDC and Monroe County recommendations related to COVID-19. Eating together in meetings or at work-related events is currently permitted on campus when socially distant. Changing pandemic restrictions, supply chain issues, and market fluctuations may impact the offerings and service style available.
