Dr. Henry “Cody” Miller, assistant professor of English education, has co-edited a book on teaching LGBTQ young adult literature in secondary English classrooms.

Dr. Henry “Cody” Miller, assistant professor of English education, and Dr. Paula Greathouse, an associate professor at Tennessee Tech, co-edited the collection, Queer Adolescent Literature as a Complement to the English Language Arts Curriculum (2nd edition). 

The edited collection offers secondary English teachers “guided instructional approaches for including queer-themed young adult (YA) literature in the English language arts classroom.” The book is published by Rowman & Littlefield.
