Due January 2022: Performance Programs & Evaluations for CSEA Employees
Supervisors should begin meeting with their CSEA staff to complete and submit these documents to Human Resources.
Supervisors, please begin meeting with your staff to complete their 2022 performance programs and 2021 performance evaluations. These documents are due to the Office of Human Resources by the end of January 2022.
Performance programs should cover January 1, 2022 through December 30, 2022. If you are meeting with an employee after January 1, the performance program begin date should be the date the employee signs the performance program with an end date of December 30, 2022.
Please note, per the collective bargaining agreement between the State of New York and CSEA, if an employee does not have a performance program in effect for the year you are evaluating on, an evaluation cannot be completed.

Completed and signed original documents can be submitted to The Office of Human Resources via intercampus mail. Electronic signatures and copies are not being accepted.
