Reminder for Supervisors & Employees: What to Do if Experiencing COVID Symptoms
Employee(s) who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are unvaccinated and have been exposed to a positive case of COVID must contact the Human Resources COVID Team.
If an employee is experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms listed below (that are unusual to them or have not been previously diagnosed), or they are unvaccinated and have been exposed to a positive case of COVID, they must contact HR immediately at (585) 395-2126 between the core business hours of 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. If outside of business hours, the employee should stay home/go home until they can speak with HR for further instructions. Supervisors should remind employees to contact HR if they are calling in sick due to COVID symptoms or exposure.
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches or headache
- Chills
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
