There is a new volunteer form that should be used to request volunteer appointments for the foreseeable future.
There is a new volunteer form that should be used to request volunteer appointments. The Office of Human Resources currently has plans to integrate the Volunteer form into MachForms. Until then, all volunteer requests should be submitted on the attached form.
