BizLibrary Offers Extensive Professional Development Opportunities
In addition to compliance-based training, there are over 9,000 professional development opportunities available to all SUNY Brockport employees.
Earlier this year, the Offices of Human Resources introduced a new online, learning management platform to the campus community. HR has been featuring monthly learning topics and recently, our compliance-based training has been assigned through the BizLibrary system.
All employees are encouraged to explore the BizLibrary system today. When exploring, employees will find:
- Over 9,000 courses ranging from personal to professional growth.
- The average length of a course is seven minutes. Content can range anywhere from 1 minute, up to over 10 hours for certification prep courses.
- Ability to complete courses in a self-paced timeframe.
- Engaging video formats and presentation styles with resources such as support materials, interactive videos, e-learning programs, gamification, lesson quizzes, and knowledge checks.
