Why is my Voicemail Box Full?
A side-effect of Office 365’s much larger email mailboxes is voicemail emails aren’t being deleted. This causes voicemail quotas to fill up and block anyone from leaving a message.
Voicemail boxes may be full because the voicemail emails are not being completely deleted.
When this happens, people may try to leave a message for you and receive an email from NetNanny@brockport.edu saying your mailbox is full.
If people are reporting they can’t leave you a voicemail message you may need to delete your voicemails. Then delete them from your deleted items.
