Expecting Visitors – Tips for a Successful Visit

As the first impression of SUNY Brockport for many visitors, Parking and Transportation Services provides a warm greeting and basic campus information, in addition to a campus map, directions, and a parking pass.

Parking and Transportation Services (PTS), located at the Raye H Conrad Welcome Center, assists all visitors coming to campus.

We like to be well-informed in order to provide the very best in customer service and we ask for your assistance in the following ways:

  1. When hosting a campus event or departmental function, please keep us informed so that we can best assist your guests. Complete and submit an Event & Guest Parking Request form found online. We will do the rest!
    1. When using the College room reservation form or the Event Management System, be sure to include any special parking requests you may have. Permits are required.
    2. In most instances, there is a charge of $5 per day to park on campus. Departments can pay in advance or visitors can pick up a permit when they arrive on campus. Meters, pay stations, and the new payment app - ParkMobile is also an option for short-term parking needs. Pay stations can be found in lots T & V. Cash and coin, only.
