Scalloped Corn

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans Creamed Corn
  • Saltine Crackers
  • Milk
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

Stir together 2 cans creamed corn with one sleeve of saltine crackers in casserole dish with 1/2 can of milk. Season to taste with black pepper.

Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes, until top is golden brown and crusty.

Story:

Family favorite to go with beef, chicken, pork or ham meals.
